Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share for diamond tooling products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and product training to customers as needed.
  • Prepare and present accurate and competitive price quotes for new tools and services.
  • Efficiently process orders and being the voice of the customer driving customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Serving exciting and diverse markets in the Spectacle Lens / Contact Lens / Interocular Optic Lens / Defense / Electro Optical /Aerospace / Satellite
  • Annual participation in international trade fairs and conferences.
Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the cutting/diamond tooling or adjacent industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively present product features and benefits to customers.
  • Self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or other comparable qualification. Ideally in Engineering/Technical or similar field.
  • Willingness to travel primarily in North America up to 33% of the time, ensuring a minimum of 10 customer visits per month.
  • Professional level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Hybrid work model of home, company office and customer visits.
  • Michigan based opportunity.

Job Type: Full-Time with USA work authorization required.

Candidate can be located throughout Michigan.
