Regional Sales Manager

AniCell is looking for a multi-talented contract Veterinarian Regional Sales Manager to take over an existing book of business in the exciting regenerative medicine market. This commission-only territory includes sales to large (horse) and small companion animal veterinary practices in the following states; Montana, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Hawaii.

Responsibilities:

• Sells products by maintaining and expanding customer base and managing staff.
• Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Prepares and completes action plans and implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines regional sales system improvements, and implements change when necessary.
• Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
• Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors
• Attend trade shows and conventions as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven Animal Health/Pharmaceutical sales experience and relationships
• Able to sell over the phone
• Bachelor's degree in business, animal science, microbiology, biochemistry, or closely related field
• At least 2 years of professional sales experience
• Self-motivated and able to work alone from a home office
• Detail-oriented
• Outgoing, energetic, confident, fun
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to move or lift 30 pounds
• Must have a laptop
• Must have a cell phone with unlimited minutes
• Must have a printer
• Ipad/tablet is helpful but optional
• Experience with animals including horses and dogs
• Able to travel to make sales calls
