What You Will Be Doing

Job Functions:
Due diligence activities, in-depth analysis for acquisitions, existing projects
Market research (internal and external resources)
Analyze, report on operational performance
Design and deliver presentations to senior management and investment partners
Develop financial models to aid acquisitions, finance, asset management teams for ongoing and one-off projects
Assist with preparation of presentations, strategic business plans for acquisition opportunities and assets
Research, prepare for high net worth conferences and networking opportunities
Collaborate with consultants or industry experts, research best practices to deal with challenges, etc., make recommendations based on findings
Track historical investor returns as compared to original proformas on all owned projects.
Assist CFO with various business strategy projects for the entire multifamily portfolio
