Our technology includes the biggest names in point of sale and online commerce in the hospitality and retail space including Apple, cloud, mobile and social-enabled point of sale. We compete against Toast POS, Shift4, Touch Bistro, Clover, NCR Aloha and many other recognized brands.
As a customer onboarding specialist and key member of our team, you will be involved in projects spanning the entire customer life cycle from boarding to post conversion support for our DinerDaddy POS system. Responsibilities include:
- Boarding new customers
- Establishing project milestones
- Gathering requirements and configuring applications and hardware to customer specifications
- Training customers and customer teams
- Providing go-live and post conversion application and technical support
- Managing customer expectations and relationships
- Leveraging company, vendor and customer resources to expedite project completion
- Pre-sales support, trade shows and conference.
- Working with DinerDaddy sales agents and software QA team members.
We will train any motivated human who wants to learn our business. Prior customer phone and customer relationship experience in any industry required. Cell phone, car, valid driver's license, laptop and auto insurance required.
