Job Description

Department: Housekeeping

Job Title: Custodian/Housemen

Reports To: Housekeeping Manager

Position Purpose: Cleans all Club facilities and set up for functions as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Dusts all surfaces.
Cleans bathrooms as trained.
Vacuums carpets and mops floors.
Sweeps and dusts outside furniture.
Empties all wastebaskets.
Disinfects telephones as necessary.
Buffs floors.
Cleans and polishes brass.
Washes windows inside and outside.
Shampoos carpets
Reports any damage, burned out light bulbs and plumbing problems to maintenance or housekeeping department.
Set up for functions as trained.
Performs any and all tasks assigned by supervisor.

Education and Work Experience Qualifications

Must be able to work a flexible schedule with weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
