New restaurant opening in Nutley, NJ!

The main dining room will be able to seat 110 guests, and our second floor event space will host events ranging in size from 20-200. We are seeking like minded candidates who are passionate about high levels of hospitality and cuisine, know how to lead large teams to successful outcomes, and can make every service enjoyable for our guests and team.

Role Description

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the staff, and maintaining high standards of service. You will collaborate with the culinary team to ensure quality food and beverage offerings, implement effective communication strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant management experience
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in hiring and managing staff
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with reservation management
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a large team
• Prior experience in restaurant management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary $65,000 - $70,000
• Quarterly Bonus Opportunity
