Who We’re Looking For:

We have an immediate opportunity for a HR Manager. The HR Manager will develop, direct, and oversee the execution of the global human resources strategy in alignment with global organizational goals. Is a member of the executive team working to determine strategic company initiatives that support the vision, value statement, and core values of the company. The Human Resources Manager must be committed to ensuring effective and successful HR service for all employees across the organization by supporting the company's global goals and objectives, while ensuring that the business' human resources needs are met. The HR Manager must be comfortable providing guidance, strategic input, and advice to senior management on sensitive and confidential employee matters.

  • Lead the development and administration of company-wide human resources policies and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and country, federal, state, and/or local legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to develop recruitment and retention strategies and processes that support the individual location needs, including succession planning.
  • Collaborate with cross functional leaders to develop and coordinate training programs that support the needs of the organization career development opportunities for the employees.
  • Lead the performance management process and track performance and participation across the organization. Partner with other departments and global human resources team to drive projects and fulfill initiatives.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll (weekly and biweekly) including employee compensation, benefits, and tax withholdings.
  • Perform annual review and evaluation of global compensation (cash and non-cash), benefits, rewards, and employee recognition options.
  • Champion our culture across all levels of our organization; using recognition programs to integrate teams across the organization.
  • Monitor global employee engagement, including analyzing employee retention data regularly and propose improvements accordingly.
  • Work closely with the executive team on the vision and strategic business objectives.
  • Participate in global annual budget process and determine annual budget for human resources, including additional headcount.
  • Collaborate with global leadership teams to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and maintain current knowledge of all applicable legislations and recommended best practices
  • Ensure affirmative action program is maintained, including annual review and completion of the plan.
  • Source, hire, train, supervise, motivate, and develop human resources staff, managing workflow and staying abreast of overall activities of the team.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work and reside in the US and must be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government to confirm with but not limited to U.S export control regulations (ITAR), but not limited to U.S export (ITAR) guidelines.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Five (5) to Seven (7) years of experience in Human Resources Management
  • Active SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Preferred Education/Experience:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent; or eight (8) to ten (10) years of global human resources leadership experience.
