Commercial Collector- Quality Equipment Finance

Quality Equipment Finance, a Tom Wood group company, located in Indianapolis, Indiana, is currently searching for a Commercial Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, with a meticulous approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to ethical conduct.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage queue of significantly past due accounts
• Conduct skip trace activities of delinquent accounts
• Follow with customers on NSF payments
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in collecting on commercial loans
