Who we're looking for
Toyota's Marketing Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Marketing Analyst to support the Cross-Tier Media team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to guide the development, coordination, communication, and measurement of media initiatives that strengthen collaboration between national and regional stakeholders. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, Private Distributors, Toyota Dealer Association partners, and agency teams to align media strategies, facilitate communication, identify collaboration opportunities, and support MarTech solutions that improve visibility and measurement across the Toyota ecosystem.
You will be challenged to identify innovative ways to improve media alignment, enhance stakeholder engagement, and create processes that streamline communications and media effectiveness across multiple teams, agencies, and business partners.
Reporting to the Cross-Tier Media Manager, the person in this role will support Toyota Marketing's objective of optimizing the customer journey through stronger coordination of national and regional media strategies, plans, and investments.
What you'll be doing
  • Be responsible for cross-tier media strategy coordination, communication planning, and measurement.
  • Identify opportunities for national and regional collaboration and develop strategies that improve media effectiveness across the organization.
  • Develop compelling presentations and communications that encourage stakeholder participation and alignment.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on media trends, evolving media landscapes, and cross-tier opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with TDA agencies, Private Distributors, regional leadership teams, and national media stakeholders.
  • Lead and facilitate quarterly cross tier meetings and support ongoing communications touchpoints.
  • Manage and maintain the Cross-Tier Hub and key stakeholder communication resources.
  • Work with Marketing Technology, Data Science, Analytics, and agency partners to support reporting and measurement requirements.
  • Lead cross-tier coordination for Toyota Sales Event media planning initiatives, including agency collaboration, execution support, optimization, and performance measurement.

What you bring
  • BA degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, media, advertising, communications, analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, advertising strategy, and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple teams, agencies, and business partners.
  • Experience leading projects that require collaboration across organizational boundaries.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders independently.
  • Passion for problem solving and navigating complex business challenges.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation development capabilities.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
