Human Resources Manager
Ø Salary: $100,000 + bonus
Ø Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance

HR Manager responsibilities:
- Full oversight of the HR department including process improvements as well as setting goals and objectives.
- Manage all recruitment needs for the company (office and plant).
- Oversee hiring process and onboarding of new employees.
- Conducts performance reviews and employee relations.
- Responsible for training and development as well as succession planning.
- Performs and updates all safety training throughout the organization.
- Develops, recommends, and implements policies and procedures and maintains employee handbook and other policy documents.
- Provide support and direction to company leadership on HR procedures and policies
- Develops department goals, objectives, and systems.
HR Manager requirements:
- 5 years of leadership experience within Human Resources
- Manufacturing experience is required
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement experience.
