Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Tax Associate-Private Wealth to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate in accounting, actively pursuing CPA, MST or JD/LLM and 2+ years' experience in tax return review and planning for wealthy individuals, family members and their trusts, investment entities, and private businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational affluent families, family offices and their private businesses and/or investment entities:
  • Perform complex individual, partnership, S-Corp, trust, estate, gift and state tax returns.
  • Work on multiple engagements that deliver proactive tax planning and strategic consulting including federal estate, gift, charitable planning and generation skipping tax.
  • Build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to complex situations.
• Learn and grow from direct and on the job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm wide learning and development programs.
• Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients.
• Support the growth and development of team members through company provided tools.

Qualifications:

• An undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Actively pursuing a CPA, MST or JD/LLM preferred
• Two (2) + year(s) experience in tax return review and planning for wealthy individuals, family members and their trusts, investment entities, and private businesses.
• An interest to assist affluent families and individuals enhance and preserve their wealth.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S., without sponsorship, highly preferred.
