About Nexus Foundation Inc.

The founders of the Nexus Foundation personally own multiple small businesses in rural communities throughout the country. Having been born and raised in a small town with a population of less than 3000 people, we have seen first hand the challenges businesses in these towns face, and wanted to make a difference. Each year there are hundreds of millions of dollars in federal and state grant money available to rural communities and small businesses, but the application processes for these grants are competitive and very confusing. Most small businesses in these areas don't even know these programs exist. At Nexus, we focus on educating small business owners on the funding opportunities available to them, and help them navigate the difficult grant application processes to submit a competitive grant application for their business.

Compensation

  • $17/hour
