Position Overview: As an Automotive Repair Service Manager in Training, you will undergo a comprehensive training program to develop the skills and knowledge required to manage our service center efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong automotive background and leadership potential, aiming to take on a managerial role in the future.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Training:
   • Gain hands-on experience to understand the technical aspects of automotive services.
   • Work closely with experienced technicians to develop a thorough understanding of repair processes.
2. Customer Service:
   • Interact with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
   • Learn to provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
3. Team Collaboration:
   • Assist in managing and coordinating the workflow in the service center.
   • Collaborate with technicians and support staff to ensure efficient operations.
4. Training Program Participation:
   • Engage actively in the training program, attending workshops and seminars to enhance managerial and leadership skills.
   • Learn to manage inventory, order parts, and maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.
5. Managerial Skills Development:
   • Shadow and learn from experienced service managers.
   • Participate in decision-making processes and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Automotive Background:
   • Understanding of automotive repair processes.
   • Previous experience as an automotive technician or service advisor is a plus.
2. Leadership Potential:
   • Strong desire to pursue a career in automotive service management.
   • Demonstrated leadership qualities or experience in a leadership role.
