Responsibilities:
- Technical Training:
- Gain hands-on experience to understand the technical aspects of automotive services.
- Work closely with experienced technicians to develop a thorough understanding of repair processes.
- Customer Service:
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Learn to provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Team Collaboration:
- Assist in managing and coordinating the workflow in the service center.
- Collaborate with technicians and support staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Training Program Participation:
- Engage actively in the training program, attending workshops and seminars to enhance managerial and leadership skills.
- Learn to manage inventory, order parts, and maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.
- Managerial Skills Development:
- Shadow and learn from experienced service managers.
- Participate in decision-making processes and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Automotive Background:
- Understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or service advisor is a plus.
