We are looking for several Outside Sales Professionals to RUN company-provided leads and CLOSE sales. As a SmartHome Sales Specialist, you will be selling to customers to integrate all the smart home features into one interface. By combining security, technology, and design you will be harnessing all the systems in your home or office under the control of a single device, PROJECT: automate has your smart home solutions.

What you will do:

• Appointment based selling and installing residential smart home and security systems.
• Ensure on-time arrival to daily customer appointments.
• Provide exceptional customer service-" Customer obsession is our advantage.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

What we are looking for:

• Someone who is savvy with operating systems like Savant, Lutron, Control4, Josh.AI and Crestron.
• We are willing to train those who have a natural selling ability
• Open minded and willingness to learn our way of selling.
• Strong people skills and excellent client/crew relations.
• Positive, professional attitude
• Previous in-home sales experience in home improvement or similar industry is ideal.
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Reliable transportation.
