Title: Program Director
Supervision: Case Management Supervisors, Program Managers
Reports to the CEO

Position Description:
As Program Director, you will provide leadership and integration of Case Management Services. You will manage the daily affairs and overall program operation of several Waiver and non-waivered programs serving children, adults with disabilities, and the elderly. This position will take the lead in the creation of new service initiatives. Also, be responsible for monitoring revenue and expense reports and the creation of annual budgets. You will also ensure program compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 

Responsibilities:
  • The Director leads and guides all Case Management Department to accomplish objectives by motivating staff to perform in a desired manner, making certain that information is clear and concise. Director responds to inquiries, correspondence, and complaints from clients/public about program services and conduct related investigations where required. In addition, he/she must maintain statistical reports and data for all programs.
  • Directs and governs the operations Hekima. Develops and implements program policies and procedures. Oversees all activities regarding service delivery, quality improvement, and financial administration.
  • Oversee program quality enhancement and develop Consumer’s person-centered program plans; coordinate Network standards, licensing requirements and individuals supported needs; review and submit incident reports.
  • Provide leadership including direct supervision of assigned staff; implement Network employee practices; implement program safety and workers’ compensation programs; recommend and assist with involuntary terminations and written warnings; provide employee orientation and training.
  • Responsible for the financial performance of individual programs, completing the purchase of program supplies, and reviewing and submitting billing compliance documentation.
  • Maintain licensing and compliance for program services and supports; ensure timely and accurate program documentation. Make sure the program is adhering to values and mission as well as person-centered thinking and practices in Service delivery. monitoring and evaluating Department’s performance relative to the Departmental objectives.
  • Develop an effective plan of action for running our programs from inception to completion. Manage daily operations that support and implement our current program objectives.
  • Strategically map-out a program schedule and timeline and ensure it is
  • followed. Oversee and advise program staff in various tasks.
  • Ensure the smooth and proper functioning of current programs. Assess and manage program risks. Suggest innovative plans and processes to improve program functions.
  • Develop work systems and processes that effectively drive productivity. Set goals for the programs and track progress, setbacks, and overall performance. Track, record, and compile program performance data. Analyze program results and present findings to management.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human services, sociology, psychology, or a closely related field. If the degree is in Social Work - you must be licensed as a social worker.
  • Three to five years of experience as a manager or supervisor.
  • Excellent writing skills are necessary as well as the ability to speak publicly to promote the services.
  • Knowledge regarding Home Community Based services, Waiver, Person Centered Thinking and Planning strongly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills required.

Certificates/Licenses Required:
A valid driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle insurance are required.
