Job Description
Position SummaryEnergetiq is seeking a Business Development Summer Intern to join a dynamic and growing technology company. This position will play an integral role in identifying business opportunities based on market research and customer input. This position reports to the Director of Business Development for Integrated Systems.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform market research on current and new markets. Collect, analyze, and summarize:
- competitive information,
- market/customer trends, and
- technology trends.
- Reach out to potential customers to gauge interest and document needs.
- Identify market and technology trends based on customer input.
- Manage pool of demonstration systems, in support of customer evaluations around the globe.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant course work and/or employment experience in business and/or marketing
- Interest in, and comfort level with, science and technology concepts
- Rising college sophomore, or beyond, educational background
- Proficient at Microsoft Office
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent organization
Preferred Qualifications
• Interest and ability in science – physics, chemistry, engineering, optics, light, etc.
