Deltek Vantagepoint Administrator

The Deltek Vantagepoint Administrator will maintain the effective use of the Deltek Vantagepoint ERP cloud environment as it applies to project planning & management, resource management, accounting, marketing, business development, human resources, IT, and other user groups or departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the current environment and developing future workflows as the software is updated and the database changes. The role will require communicating with all departments and providing essential training for staff. This position will report to the Director of Operations and Director of Finance.
Pay Range: $75K - $85K
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the firm’s transition from Deltek Vision to Deltek Vantagepoint
- Manage the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Deltek Vantagepoint (user management, security configuration, system updates, data integrity oversight, etc.)
- Lead end user training through both external resources (Deltek University, consultant webinars, conferences, local user support groups, published materials etc.) and the development and roll out of internal training materials
- Continuously monitor system performance and develop/maintain internal process and workflows
- Track Vantagepoint updates and implement internally with appropriate timing
- Support additional application implementations, key processes, application integrations, and change management initiatives.
- Support end users in the day-to-day applications of the system by discussing and resolving problems (troubleshooting) in a timely manner
- Provision user accounts and adjust application access for existing users based on requests received
- Responsible for timely management of the firm’s database to maintain project, client, firm, and contact information, marketing resources, and other materials
- Collaborate regularly with leadership for the firm’s different functional areas and explore how to best leverage the system, provide recommendations on system improvements, and implement changes to meet their unique needs
- Develop tools for KPI monitoring and tracking, including dashboards and reports.
- Develop standards for data analysis and provide summaries and feedback to management
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in Vantagepoint functionality
- Serve as the firm’s liaison with Deltek and other related consultants

The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Deltek Vantagepoint
- Experience making the transition from Deltek Vision to Deltek Vantagepoint
- Detailed understanding of Deltek Vantagepoint including Client Resource Management (CRM) and Resource Planning (RP)
- Experience manipulating data for import and report building
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications with advanced skills in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting
