Deltek Costpoint Developer - Long Term Contract W2 - US-based Remote
We are seeking an experienced Deltek Costpoint Developer with 8-10 years of expertise to maintain and enhance ERP applications on the Deltek GovCon Cloud Moderate (GCCM) platform. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and supporting components and interfaces for Deltek Costpoint modules, ensuring system stability, performance, and compliance with government contracting standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and troubleshoot issues across the ERP stack.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and maintain Deltek Costpoint modules, including Finance, Project Management, HR, Procurement, and Compliance.
  • Develop and support user interface components using the Deltek Harmony™ Framework.
  • Perform database operations and optimizations on Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Ensure system reliability and adherence to government contracting compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues to minimize business operation disruptions.

Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience as a Deltek Costpoint Developer.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining Deltek Costpoint ERP modules.
  • Expertise in the Deltek Harmony™ Framework for UI component development.
  • Strong skills in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server for database operations and optimization.
  • Knowledge of government contracting standards and compliance.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and infrastructure teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve ERP system issues efficiently.
  • Experience with Deltek GovCon Cloud Moderate (GCCM) platform.
