Summary:
Qualified individuals will have at least one of the following attributes: (1) Consulting experience implementing solutions for Deltek Costpoint (2) Experience as a Senior Accountant (or higher) using multiple modules of Deltek Costpoint (3) Consulting experience with an accounting firm (4) Consulting experience implementing project-based ERP solutions.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Gather and document client requirements
- Document solution
- Configure and test Deltek Costpoint software
- Develop desktop procedures
- Deliver formal and informal training
- Effectively communicate and coordinate across implementation team
- Mentor and support team members
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels for internal and external customers
- Work with team to define creative and effective solutions
- Provide status updates related to assignments
- Lead meetings and conduct presentations
Qualifications:
- Consulting Experience implementing solutions for Deltek Costpoint OR
- Experience as a Senior Accountant (or Higher) using multiple modules of Deltek Costpoint or equivalent ERP software OR
- Consulting experience with an accounting firm
- Consulting experience implementing project-based ERP solutions
- 5+ years of accounting experience as accountant or consultant
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively within team environment
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Effective organization skills
- Ability to commit to a task and deliver that commitment on schedule
- Ability to travel
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong customer service skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in government contracting with exposure to DCAA, JTR, FAR, CAS
- Strong technical aptitude with understanding of relational database
- Experience working within a software implementation team
