Position Overview:
Accordant Company, LLC is seeking an Acumatica Implementation Lead to join our growing, fully remote team. We are looking for talented individuals who are knowledgeable in our industry, professional in their client interactions, and excited to thrive in a fast-growing company. The Acumatica Implementation Lead will play a critical role in guiding clients through the implementation of Acumatica solutions, ensuring the successful deployment of core financial modules, delivering end-user training, and strengthening our Acumatica practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Acumatica system implementations ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Provide comprehensive end-user training and ongoing support post-implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring all aspects of the system align with their financial workflows.
  • Drive the growth of our Acumatica practice, bringing enthusiasm and determination to every project.
  • Effectively communicate and share Acumatica knowledge within the team, fostering a learning environment.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and integration within the Acumatica platform.
  • Managing, train, and mentor one dedicated implementation support consultant who will assist with project rollout.
  • Manage 4-6 projects concurrently.
  • Maintain a minimum billable utilization of 25-30 hours.


Skills Required:

  • Ability to build an Acumatica environment from the ground up.
  • Successfully completed 10+ Acumatica implementations.
  • 2+ years of experience in Acumatica implementation as a consultant.
  • Proficiency with core financial modules within Acumatica.
  • Acumatica Implementation Specialist certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable in client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of building successful relationships with clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment.

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Public accounting experience.
