Known for our excellent brand recognition among physicians, we are rapidly expanding our national sales force and specializing in top-tier training to transition elite B2B sales professionals into the lucrative medical field.
Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious, high-performing Outside B2B Sales Representative ready to break into the medical and pharmaceutical sales industry. In this role, you will receive comprehensive, world-class training to effectively represent our FDA-approved products to medical specialists, including psychiatrists, pediatricians, and neurologists.
  • Territory Management: Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and build relationships with specialists by appointment within your designated regional territory.
  • B2B Strategy Execution: Utilize your structured B2B sales training to navigate complex office environments and reach key medical decision-makers.
  • Product Education: Learn and articulate complex clinical data safely and effectively to medical professionals.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain high daily activity metrics to consistently hit and exceed sales quotas.
  • Compliance: Operate with the highest level of integrity, adhering strictly to healthcare compliance guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • Current Experience: Must be currently employed in an Outside B2B sales role (e.g., office equipment, telecom, uniforms, payroll, advertising, software) and have been in your current position for a minimum of 2 consecutive years.
  • Track Record: 2+ to 5 years of successful outside B2B sales experience with a major company, with documented sales results placing you in the top 25% of your peers.
  • Stability: Strong preference for employment-stable candidates (ideally no more than 3 jobs since college graduation).
  • Exclusions: Candidates with prior pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience will not be considered for this specific entry-level development pathway.
