If so, then apply for a skillbridge position at Virtual Service Operations (VSO)! VSO focuses on helping military veterans' transition from their military service to IT career paths.
VSO is seeking talented individuals with the ambition to go through classroom training, on the job training, and mentorship to grow their skillset and experience in cloud, networking, cybersecurity and desktop support services. VSO hopes to give you the opportunity to become an expert in the IT industry and meet your career goals.
Requirements
DoD SkillBridge Eligibility:
  • Has served at least 180 days on active duty
  • Is within 12 months of separation or retirement
  • Will receive an honorable discharge
  • Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS
  • Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months
  • Received Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) written authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to start of internship.
  • Education: HS Diploma
