Role Summary:
  • The Project Manager - Microsoft Delivery is responsible for leading, planning, and executing complex Microsoft technology projects across AI Business Solutions - Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio & Autonomous Agents, ERP Modernization (Finance & Supply Chain Management), and Microsoft Fabric data & analytics platforms.
  • This role requires deep experience managing enterprise-scale Microsoft implementations, coordinating cross-functional technical and functional teams, and ensuring delivery excellence from initiation through go-live and post-production stabilization.
  • The Project Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholder communication.
  • This role is expected to deliver projects aligned with Microsoft FastTrack for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Fabric engagement principles, ensuring solutions follow Microsoft-recommended architectures, deployment patterns, and adoption best practices.
  • The Project Manager will work closely with Microsoft FastTrack engineers, partner teams, and customer stakeholders to drive predictable, high-quality outcomes.

Project Delivery & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft implementation projects including:
  • Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio, Autonomous Agents, and Power Platform solutions
  • ERP modernization programs using Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
  • Data & analytics initiatives leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
  • Own project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure across multiple concurrent engagements
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing models
  • Monitor project plan critical path, create risk mitigation strategies as necessary
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budgets

Stakeholder & Client Management
  • Serve as the primary client-facing delivery lead and escalation point
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive updates, and governance forums
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across business, IT, leadership, and external partners
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and drive resolution

Microsoft Solution Coordination
  • Coordinate closely with Solution Architects, Functional Leads, Developers, Data Engineers, and Change Management teams
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements, solution design, and technical execution
  • Oversee integration efforts across ERP, CRM, Power Platform, Copilot, and data platforms
  • Collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack, PDMs, and partner ecosystem where applicable

Governance, Risk & Quality Management
  • Establish and enforce delivery governance, reporting cadence, and quality standards
  • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and mitigation plans
  • Manage scope changes, change requests, and commercial impacts in line with contracts and SOWs
  • Ensure adherence to CompQsoft Digital delivery methodology and Microsoft best practices

Agile & Hybrid Delivery Management
  • Lead Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models depending on project needs
  • Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and retrospectives
  • Track delivery KPIs, velocity, burn rates, and milestone achievement

Go-Live & Post-Go-Live Support
  • Coordinate go-live readiness, cutover planning, and deployment activities
  • Manage hypercare and post-go-live stabilization phases
  • Ensure smooth transition to support and operations teams

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of IT project management experience with significant focus on Microsoft technologies
  • Proven experience managing enterprise Microsoft projects across CRM, ERP, Power Platform, and data platforms
  • Demonstrated success delivering multi-workstream, multi-vendor implementations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and executive-level presentation skills
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)
