As a design-build firm specializing in food processing facilities, we give students in Construction or Civil Engineering the chance to gain real-world experience while working alongside our seasoned team. Many interns return for future summers and are considered for full-time roles after graduation.

What You'll Do
  • Work with engineers and design-build partners across multiple disciplines.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and code compliance.
  • Support estimating and bidding through proposals, cost control, and drawings.
  • Help manage construction documents including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout documents.
  • Visit job sites to observe safety and quality standards.
  • Use tools like Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
  • Develop leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Work directly with company leadership, Project Managers, Superintendents, Design Technicians, and Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Structural Engineers.
