Job Description
Kavaliro is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Management Specialist for our client to help support and improve their internal business systems, including ERP, CRM, payment platforms, RMA processes, logistics applications, reporting tools, and other enterprise solutions. This position will play a key role in coordinating small-to-medium-sized system initiatives, translating business needs into actionable requirements, supporting testing and issue resolution, and keeping projects moving from planning through completion.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and priorities. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional interested in developing a long-term career in business systems, enterprise applications, project management, or technology consulting. Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other business applications is preferred, while experience in areas such as Finance, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations is a plus.
Candidates may also demonstrate relevant experience through internships, student organizations, volunteer work, campus activities, or project-based team environments. A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred, and Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus but not required.
This is an onsite position in our Jacksonville office, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.
Pay: $31.00 - 36.00 per hour
What You'll Be Doing Project & Systems Coordination
  • Support the planning and execution of internal business systems projects, enhancements, and process improvements across ERP, CRM, payment, RMA, logistics, and reporting platforms.
  • Work with Finance, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and other business functions to understand current processes, identify requirements, and document desired outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, and actionable project tasks.
  • Coordinate activities among internal stakeholders, HQ development teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor project schedules, action items, dependencies, risks, and deliverables, following up to ensure commitments remain on track.
Testing & Issue Resolution
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), test planning, execution, defect documentation, and release preparation.
  • Track application issues and work with appropriate teams to investigate and resolve problems.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, findings, and supporting information before escalating issues.
  • Participate in post-launch monitoring and follow-up to ensure systems and enhancements are functioning as expected.
Documentation & Business Support
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures, project documentation, status reports, process materials, and user training resources.
  • Assist with data validation, basic reporting, and system configuration under the direction of more experienced team members.
  • Develop an understanding of assigned business applications and processes, gradually taking ownership of routine support activities and smaller system initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvements and other technology-related projects as business needs evolve.

  • For early-career candidates, leadership or coordination experience gained through student organizations, campus activities, volunteer programs, internships, or project teams is valued. Event planning and team coordination experience is particularly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with UAT, requirements gathering, Jira or other ticketing systems, Microsoft Excel, SQL, APIs, or similar business/technical tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and practical experience preferred.
  • Mandarin Chinese language skills are preferred but not required.
