Job Summary

The Sales Operations Analyst - Team Leader will help Flores continue to grow and thrive. This person will be responsible for the management of all sales reporting for the firm and management of the sales administrative team. The Sales Operations Analyst - Team Leader will collaborate closely with our Chief Revenue Officer and the entire sales team to help drive our ability to sell smarter through data analytics and reporting using strong business, marketing, and client acumen. The Sales Operations Analyst - Team Leader reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all sales reporting, efficiently and effectively, by working closely with both the sales and the finance teams at Flores. Maintain all sales dashboards and reports for accuracy and clarity.
  • Manage the sales administrative team.
  • Direct sales teams with operational tasks such as sales and marketing analysis.
  • Be responsible for reporting all sales efforts by maintaining existing reports, building new reports, and managing Salesforce.com.
  • Execute sales for the team by completing the final steps of the sales process and ensuring accuracy into our system.
  • Be responsible for analyzing client, broker, and prospect data and providing analytics as they relate to pipeline foresting, broker results and overall sales results for the team.
  • Use data analytics to provide sales insights to leadership and teams to further drive growth and efficiency of the firm.
  • Leverage supplemental reporting tools, such as CatapultHQ and advanced knowledge of excel, to further develop and drive growth. Strive to continue to develop and implement reporting efficiencies and new technologies.
  • Routinely consult with leadership and key stakeholders and provide timely and insightful sales & marketing information proactively and in response to sales needs and business planning.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts with the finance team and account management team, including assisting with sales and corporate reporting and analytics as needed.
  • Maintain, develop, and execute data governance routines to ensure data integrity.
  • Recognizes industry changes that affect our business and presents solutions to management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Who You Are
  • An individual that understands the value of providing a high level of customer service.
  • Preferred associate or bachelor's degree, but not required.
  • A minimum of 2 years' work experience, with related industry experience highly preferred.
  • Advanced abilities in MS Excel and Salesforce.com is strongly preferred.
  • A detail orientated individual with strong organizational and prioritizing skills, and the ability to be flexible and multi-task in a collaborative environment.
  • A qualified candidate who possesses above average analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A creative and analytical thinker with strong marketing skills, innovative ideas, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

Flores' standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET with an hour lunch. Roles may be approved for other schedules by managers. This role operates in a professional hybrid office environment based out of our Charlotte office. This role is mostly sedentary and consists of prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. This role also utilizes other tools such as a phone, copy machine, and printer. Common programs often used are Outlook, Word, and Excel. This position frequently communicates with Flores team members and candidates and must be able to exchange accurate information clearly in these situations.
