Job Description

We are seeking a Shipping Supervisor to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities.

Must be bilingual (Spanish)

Responsibilities:

Direct Supervisor of a Diverse Workforce
5 years plus of experience in management supervisory skills in a manufacturing environment
Scheduled Packaging jobs to ensure is ready for shipping work orders and packing slip.
Check that proper labeling is applied.
Supervised packer on the floor for their productivity and accuracy
Maintain a clear and safe worker area.
Review distributor shipping worksheet
Communicate with customer service to resolve any shipping issues.
Communicare with production supervisors on items need in the shipping area to ensure on time shipments.
Arrange appropriate transportation of products.
Assist customers with shipping inquiries.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields
Ability to handle physical workload.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to learn computer programs to create labels.
