As an Operations Supervisor your role will involve overseeing and leading a team of operations personnel including Behavioral Health Technicians, Front Desk Receptionist, Care Coordinators and other personnel as assigned. Additional responsibilities may include the supervision and training of Client Coordinators and oversight of the organizations Behavioral Modification Systems.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma with Florida BHT Certification.
Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
Three (3) years: Working with substance abuse.
Two (2) years: Supervisory experience.
Good communication Skills
Leadership Skills
Able to work with a diverse range of clients and staff.
Computer Literate
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure policies and procedures are followed by operations staff and provide necessary training.
Responsible for facility oversight & floor management ensuring that sight and sound supervision is always provided.
Conduct monthly and individual weekly staff meetings.
Schedule and coordinate clients on-site and off-site activities, events, and rewards.
Work closely with HR Administrative Assistant to schedule and conduct interviews for all vacant operations positions.
Select, supervise, and train clients coordinators.
Additional responsibilities as assigned by COO.
