Responsibilities:

Full time management of a 7+ person sales team
Master the sales cycle: prospecting, consultations, and closing
Ongoing individual and team training
Forecasting & goal setting
Curating new sales & marketing opportunities
Travel (within US) to exhibit at trade shows
Work from our Rancho Bernardo headquarters 4x week

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

3+ years of successful sales experience
1+ years of management experience
1+ years of experience in the Internet Marketing Industry
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
A knack for building rapport and relationships
High school diploma and San Diego County residency

Experience with Google Apps and Salesforce
