Ideal Candidate:

We are looking to hire a sales representative with roofing industry experience. This person will be in a prime position to grow and expand their role in the company. We are currently looking for a salesperson that can grow into the sales manager role or higher.

Job description:

Blue Monkey Roofing is expanding and looking for the right individuals to join our growing teams! The right fit will propel into a long-term career with exceptional growth potential. Blue Monkey Roofing specializes in residential roof replacements, with a focus on insurance restoration work. We work with homeowners and insurance carriers to replace roofs that have been damaged due to recent and current weather events. Our Sales Representatives are experts in identifying potential customers, inspecting and documenting damaged roofing systems, and most importantly guiding our customers through the insurance restoration process. 1099 - commission only with uncapped earning potential

Responsibilities:

1. Canvassing neighborhoods for prospects that have had roofing damage due to wind and hail storms

2. Door to Door sales that focus on providing free roof inspections and estimates

3. Conducting Inspections of roofs and exteriors and documenting damage via pictures, measurements, and notes

4. Providing prospects with information about damage to their property, the insurance restoration process, as well as, Blue Monkey Roofing's background, and services

5. Presenting findings to prospects and closing roof reconstruction Agreements based on cash or insurance proceeds

6. Providing proper documentation to the inside production team to begin roofing and reconstruction projects

7. Being present at roofing & reconstruction projects to answer customer questions and attempt to sell services to neighbors

8. Complete all necessary paperwork related to the insurance process

9. Attend sales meetings

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills both written and orally, with customers and office staff

A highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest work ethic

A current, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

Must be able to lift 50LBS

Must be comfortable with hights and climbing a ladder
