360 Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our outpatient ortho clinic in Phoenix.

Pay Range: Negotiable and highly competitive! Pay range $25/hr to $32/hr + Production Incentive + Benefits. Individual pay dependent on location, experience, and job-related factors.

Position Summary:

• Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
• Follow individualized care plans for each treatment
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
• Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
• Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an approved school for Physical Therapist Assistants
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing with the State.
