Responsibilities
- Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
- Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
- Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
- Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
- Proactively shop insurance renewals to secure competitive rates.
Requirements
- Must have an active North Carolina Property and Casualty License and 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance experience to be considered for this position.
- Preferred candidate will have knowledge of Epic and have or be willing to get their Life Insurance License.
- Experience using agency management systems to organize and manage client information.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability in tasks.
