Job Description

The Associate Director, Operations Support will be responsible for the completion and transfer of all required activities for newly developed products in collaboration with the Product Development Department. In addition, maintain an effective supply chain to support Laboratory Operations, as well as overseeing the safety compliance of Facilities, related to infrastructure and instrumentation.

Position is onsite in Irvine, CA.
6 to 8 years technical support management experience (5 years in a leadership role) in a Regulated high-volume support environment preferred.
Knowledgeable of all current instrumentation, techniques involving DNA, RNA extractions, PCR and RT-PCR and DNA sequencing Next-Generation.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
Knowledge of manufacturing and quality control.
Exercises independent judgment and discretion, initiative, and resourcefulness in making recommendations and decisions related to budgets, capacity, and workflow.
Hiring salary range: $123,300 to $154,000. The actual annual salary will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
