Care & Credentialing Coordinator

D2 Government Solutions (D2GS) is seeking one full time candidate for Care & Credentialing Coordinator at our Cottage Grove Armory, MN site.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Case Manager by putting together and processing different packets as well as enter and track patient information.
• Complete the work of receiving, communicating and processing the medical and personnel records that are submitted in all the various e-systems.

• Familiar with Army Medical Department’s MODS to include (not all inclusive):
• Medical Readiness Portal
• eProfile
• Medical Health Assessment (MHA)
• Medical Protection System (MEDPROS)
• MEDPROS Web Based Data Entry (MWDE)
• National Guard Bureau’s MEDCHART
• Electronic Medical Management Processing System (eMMPS)
• MEBPrep
• eCase
• MED-DET Site
