INBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that’s changing the world, one life at a time.

Located in Hurricane, Utah. We are looking for full-time and part-time, Inbound Sales Representatives.

You will work with and educate our customers to get their accounts reactivated or converted.

What you will do:

• Meet a minimum sale quota daily/weekly

• Continually refine and improve the sales process to meet customer needs

• Ensure all account matters are handled appropriately

• Focus on reactivating and converting customers

• Work with your team lead to resolve any account issues or escalated calls

• Strategize on how to better provide information and support to our customers

• Properly report any complaints

Pay: Full-Time $15.00 per hour or Part-Time $13.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a flexible schedule for part-time
