We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative needs of Executive Director and Board of Directors
- Arrange conference calls and meetings
- Plan work-related travel details
- Receive visitors
- Fill orders
- Maintain and order supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
The PTG provides education and business resources for our dues-paying members. We hold an annual convention which includes four full days of intense training on everything having to do with pianos. In addition, we have several monthly publications, training throughout the year at our Home Office, and a referral service for the public. We've been in business since 1957 and have established our position at the top of the piano service industry.
