Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (2-5 years of experience) who is eager to grow, adaptable, and comfortable working alongside teams focused on emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing communication across internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials with attention to detail and clarity
  • Assist with project coordination, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Support event planning, both virtual and in-person
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems in a dynamic environment
