Job description

A growing, privately held company in the industrial/services sector is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President of the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping executives organized, managing competing priorities, and helping executives stay focused and efficient day to day. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key partner to the President of the organization by managing communications, schedules, follow-ups, and administrative workflows while maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize executive emails, phone calls, text messages, and daily communications.
  • Draft, edit, and respond to correspondence on behalf of leadership.
  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, reminders, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, signatures, ongoing projects, and action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Organize spreadsheets, documents, files, and administrative processes.
  • Assist with operational coordination and support overall office efficiency.
  • Anticipate needs, problem-solve proactively, and help streamline day-to-day executive operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and personal matters.


Qualifications

  • 6 - 10+ years of Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior-level administrative support experience preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
