YOUR DAY AS AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

A day in the life of an Executive Assistant with our real estate agency is dynamic and rewarding! You start your morning by preparing the team leader's daily call list, ensuring they're ready to connect with clients and prospects. Throughout the day, you expertly manage the team leader's schedule, keeping them on track for meetings and appointments. You answer incoming calls with professionalism and a friendly tone, serving as a key point of contact for clients. Between tasks, you coordinate the client gift program, selecting thoughtful items that strengthen relationships. As events approach, you dive into planning and assisting with every detail to ensure memorable client experiences. Every day, you're the organizational backbone, helping the team thrive and deliver excellence!


YOUR SCHEDULE IN THIS ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE

This executive assisting role has overtime available and typically works 8:30 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, or 9 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.


REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support
  • Possession of superior organizational, time, and project management skills
  • Strong computer skills involving MAC/PC, including Microsoft Suite and Google (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dropbox, Outlook, Google Docs, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency with social media (preferred)
