Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a General Manager to join our team! They would be responsible for providing customers with a memorable fast-casual experience, as well as managing the day to day operations of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage restaurant personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Opening and operating a new location
- Food ordering

- Team building activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Toast experience and Serve Safe certification is a plus
