Responsibilities encompass comprehending client requirements, addressing inquiries, and ensuring holistic contentment. Embracing proactive communication, identifying avenues for expansion, and synergizing with diverse teams are integral facets of this role.

$35,000 - $45,000 yearly

Client Retention Strategy: Devise and implement initiatives aimed at retaining and fortifying relationships with former clients, ensuring continuous satisfaction with our products or services.

Proactive Communication: Uphold regular and proactive correspondence with previous clients to address their requirements, gather valuable feedback, and furnish pertinent updates or offerings.

Expansion of Offerings: Identify avenues to enlighten and acquaint past clients with additional services offered by the firm that are pertinent to their needs and interests.

Record Maintenance: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions, facilitating seamless communication and fostering deeper engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with intake, marketing, and various departments to synchronize strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging and optimized outreach to past clients.

• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction

• Proficiency with CRM software is advantageous
• Prior experience in customer service is mandatory
• Background in sales or marketing is desirable
• High school diploma or GED is essential; Bachelor’s degree is advantageous
• Strong grasp of spreadsheet and data management, coupled with proficient computer skills
