SNA Event Productions is a result driven division of Safety Net Access offering production, staging, hotel a/v creative and business theatre services.

JOB SUMMARY:

An Event, Technician is responsible for the set up and operation of basic / small-scale audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Uses daily cover sheets to determine the equipment scheduled for set up and for strike.
• Ensures a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely setup, operation, and strike of basic audiovisual equipment.
• Monitors events and checks in on customers throughout the day.
• Maintain and cultivate positive public relations with the Hotel account
• Maintain positive employee relations
• Effectively utilize the company’s business software
• Ensure client billing is completed accurately and on-time
• Manage onsite inventory according to company standards
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• A high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics and image of self and company.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Some computer skills required.
