Job Description

An excellent Bookkeeper opportunity working for a well regarded organization here in Tucson. Direct Hire, $22, M-F, 8am-5pm, Casual work environment. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision. 401k match up to 5% after the first year.

Experience as a Bookkeeper is ideal, but not required. Willing to train those that have certificates in Bookkeeping, or some experience in debit/credits, reconciliations.

Some responsibilities of position are below...

Records transactions in ledgers, prepares trial balances and simple financial statements using computer and software programs.
Performs schedule computations of accruals, property, and equipment, and calculates depreciation expense.
Assists in proofing financial statements, tax returns, and other documents.
Ensures that working papers, financial statements, and letters of recommendations are prepared in accordance with generally accepted professional and Firm standards.
