Powered by in-house technology, TopView Group creates one-of-a-kind experiential land and sea products for tourists and locals around the world, and builds a top notch digital ticketing platform to simplify adventure seeking (B2C) and help businesses run their ticketed services in as efficiently as possible (SAAS). Headquartered in NYC, we have a presence in London and are looking to expand to Paris, Washington DC, San Francisco, Miami, Philadelphia, Chicago, Los Angeles, Boston, Rome, Barcelona, Dubai, Istanbul and many others in the next few years.

Director of Product Management:

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and hands on Director of Product Management to work in our New York City office full-time and in person. The Director of Product Management will play a key role in the creation and advancement of our digital product portfolio by envisioning, defining and designing innovative products that enable the growth of business and market share, improves customer experience and increases customer satisfaction. This role will set the strategic direction for our product portfolio and will work with a cross functional team to bring products to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Influence the company’s digital product vision and strategy by working with the leadership team.
  • Conduct market research, determine customer requirements, assess competitors.
  • Create product requirements, co-lead product design and development, and own product roadmaps.
  • Innovate and create best in class product portfolio in ticket sales and distribution technologies.
  • Guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds.
  • Identify new product opportunities and improvements to current products to grow the business and to improve the bottom line.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on market trends and customer requirements to be ahead of the competition.
  • Define and analyze metrics that assess the success of products.
  • Present and evangelize product vision and product ideas internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to execute short and long term product goals of the company.
  • Break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
  • Implement and continuously optimize the methodologies and processes for product management based on industry best practices.

Requirements and skills:

  • 10 or more years of experience in enterprise level software product management.
  • Track record of envisioning and defining innovative products and bringing them to market.
  • Experience in ticket sales and distribution, travel fare aggregators, ride-hailing services, food delivery, or other related industries.
  • Strong and hands on skills in creating effective and detailed business requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience in leading and inspiring cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Dedicated and hardworking leader who achieves maximum efficiency and productivity working with the rest of the team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
  • This position requires 45 hours a week.
