The Marketing and Communications Manager is an energetic, highly skilled self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This individual has a proven track record of planning and preparing communication material—verbal, visual and written. The Marketing and Communications Manager is agile, accurate and thoughtful, and can recognize the potential bigger picture and what is needed to be the most effective in terms of reaching a variety of audiences.
Reporting to SVP of Marketing, the Marketing Communications Manager supports Pay tel to maintain a single, consistent voice and brand in all its communications. This is a perfect role for an ambitious communications professional who seeks to help a fast-growing company achieve its tremendous potential working with a global team in a distributed

Responsibilities
• Lead public relations activities including gathering information for and editing, award and speaking submissions and press releases.
• Maintain an up-to-date press list of journalists and analysts.
• Edit and support with creating promotional and product videos for social media and the company website.
• Assist with scripts and storyboards.
• Manage video library.
• Assist, update and maintain specific sections of company website ensuring the content is timely, accurate and appropriate.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external contractors to coordinate the development and promotion of Acceldata brand.
• Maintain organic social media plan to build and engage with target audiences.
• Apply various social media tactics in creating brand awareness and generating inbound traffic that strengthens company’s social media presence.
• Assist with customer marketing

Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related field
• 3-5 years marketing experience
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
• Equally capable of working as part of a team while being self-directed and working autonomously
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
• Strong organizational, planning and project management skills
• Agility and flexibility with demonstrated success in rapidly changing environments, including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Experience managing projects from concept through fruition with a high degree of detail
• Experience working in fast-paced start-ups in a high-tech environment
