Job Title: Salesforce Seller CRM Product Owner / Manager:

Location: Austin, Texas (Onsite Interview, Hybrid Opening)

• As a product owner you are working with cross functional teams including agile teams globally. You will be responsible for successfully creating solutions based on Salesforce technology for our global business operations team and work directly with multiple stakeholders within the business but also the CRM team.
• As a Product Owner you have deep functional knowledge about the business application of the system being developed
• Key responsibilities:
• Defining product vision and ensuring this vision is well known not only within the CRM team but also by global stakeholders and users
• Creating and maintaining product roadmap and cascading within the CRM team as well as sharing with business stakeholders and users
• Managing healthy product backlog and prioritizing new projects based on changing requirements
• Overseeing all stages of product creation including scoping, discovery, solution design, development and maintenance & support
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to anticipate, understand and define business requirements
• Understand the structure, policies and operations of an organization to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals and delivering maximum business value
• Create user stories describing the functional requirements as well as as-is and to-be process maps to support the design and development of our Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with developers and QA to build, test and verify that solutions will meet business requirements
• Plan and facilitate key meetings with stakeholders and experts including requirement sessions, system demos and user acceptance testing
• Participate in prioritization meetings with the SCRUM Master and Business Analysts
• Manage risks and issues, escalating to senior stakeholders for resolution
• Coach and facilitate champion users across various teams to enhance their success
• Provide ongoing production support, including responding to user issues, collaborating with the technical team to analyse and resolve reported system issues, and communicating the resolution of issues to the departments
• Document use cases, business/system/functional requirements
• Drive product adoption and enhance user satisfaction
• Ensure product health, run regular product health review sessions, and oversee overall product lifecycle
• You will be responsible for successfully rolling out our Salesforce CRM solutions to our global business operations team and work directly with multiple stakeholders within the business but also the CRM team to ensure delivering on track within scope.
