Job Summary:
Cardinal Integrated Technologies Inc is seeking a Salesforce Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce programs. The role involves managing multiple workstreams, ensuring program governance, and coordinating across cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end enterprise-scale Salesforce programs (multiple concurrent workstreams)
• Own program governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting
• Drive proactive status tracking (clear visibility on scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines)
• Ensure strong control on scope vs timeline commitments (avoid slippage, manage changes effectively)
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams - business, architects, development, QA, integration teams
• Act as the single point of accountability for program delivery and outcomes
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must Have Skills – Salesforce Program Manager
• Yrs of Exp – Salesforce Program Manager
• Yrs of Exp – Data Migration projects
• Experience 2-3+ years as a Program Manager specifically managing Salesforce programs
• Hands-on experience delivering 3-4 large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations
• Proven experience in: Complex integrations (API/Middleware/MuleSoft, etc.)
• Large-scale data migration programs
• Multi-vendor / global delivery models
• Experience managing multi-team, distributed delivery (onsite/offshore)
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Ability to work with senior business leaders, IT leadership, and architects
• Highly proactive in reporting
• Clear, structured, and timely communication of program status
• Strong ability to: Track risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Drive decision-making and issue resolution
• Ability to understand technical challenges from Salesforce architects and translate them into actionable program plans
• Strong focus on governance, planning, and execution discipline

• Domain / Preferred Healthcare payer domain experience is highly preferred
