The Director of Food & Nutrition Services will direct the dietary department for 160 + residents.
The ideal-candidate will be an out-of-the-box thinker always looking for ways to improve the dining experience for our Residents.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
The ideal-candidate will be an out-of-the-box thinker always looking for ways to improve the dining experience for our Residents.
- continue developing our person center dining experience
- supervise and train new dining staff
- plan meals & event caterings
- ensure food preparation/presentation is appropriate
- maintain control of department operating budget
- order truck weekly for dietary department
- maintain schedules for dietary staff
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
- 1 + year restaurant kitchen experience
- 2 + years supervisory experience
- SERVSAFE CERTIFICATION
