IT Director

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is now hiring an IT Director to join their dynamic team at our corporate office located in Torrance, CA.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day department operations including network services, VOIP communication, helpdesk quality, and month-end support.
• Will act as a liaison between the company’s business information users, technical staff, contractors, and partners to ensure that the business and user requirements are met.
• Deploy and manage enterprise applications across user community
• Manage helpdesk and system administration employees
• Develop requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedules for information technology projects
• Perform and present cost analysis to support capital expenditures
• Manage all IT vendors and approve monthly invoices
• Work with all departments to identify system integration opportunities
• Act as a liaison between the users, technical staff, and contractors to ensure the requirements are met Identify training opportunities for staff and users
• Mentor and train up department resources
• Oversee projects from conception to completion
• Develop and maintain helpdesk ticket resolution policies and ensure service quality Administers server platforms for all business processes: Business system, Analytics, Email, Phone, File-sharing, etc.
• Performs other functions or duties as directed by management in line with the objectives of the dealership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required. Preferably in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of directly related experience is required
• Demonstrable project management experience with both small and large-scale technology projects (examples: ERP migration, network cutovers, ISP switches, email domain merges, credit card service integrations)
• Ideal candidates must be able to work closely with 3rd party vendors that are key to company
• Strong leadership and independence, providing service with professionalism
• Willingness to lend a hand in all aspects of the department’s workload when necessary (examples: answering tier 1 calls, password management, email account setup).
• Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills internally and externally
• Excellent people and customer service skills Initiative to take on new tasks as they arise
• Must be able to work well under pressure and adjust priorities, as needed Attention to detail
• Must be on on-site every business day in Torrance, CA
• Some travel required 10-25% to various locations in CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, NJ, & NY
