Job Description

Trax Credit Union is seeking a knowledgeable, accomplished Branch Manager for our North Lakeland branch. Our branch managers are vital to accomplishing our mission of People Helping People so our standards are high. The ideal candidate for this job will have proven sales and leadership skills along with cash handling experience.

Desired Skills and Experience

An Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of three years experience in a financial institution.
Proven proficiency in new accounts, consumer lending, and financial transactions.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (a plus, but not required).

Job Type: Full-Time hourly. Applicants must be available to work 40 hours weekly, 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Thursday, 8 am - 6 pm Friday, 9 am - 12 pm Saturday.

Salary: Starting at $62,000
